Production Process
1. PE coating
It is to coat the base paper with PE coating machine. The paper with one facet lined is known as single-sided coating, and the paper with each facets covered is known as double-sided coating.
2. Slitting:
Use a slitting desktop to reduce the lined paper into rectangular paper portions for paper bowl partitions and roll paper for paper bowl bottoms.
3. Printing:
Use an offset printing desktop or a gravure printing desktop to print more than a few patterns on rectangular paper pieces.
4. Slicing:
Use a die-cutting laptop to reduce the printed paper portions into fan-shaped portions for paper bowls.
5. Forming:
Provide the required paper bowl specs in the paper bowl automated forming machine. The operator solely desires to put the fan-shaped paper cup portions and the cup backside roll paper into the feeding port.
6. Packaging:
Seal the shaped paper bowls with plastic luggage and put them in cartons.
