Design
The designer will lay out your design drafts into the product template layout and adjust the colors according to the design drafts.
Confirmation
After the designer completes the logo design to be printed on the product, we will have you confirm it and adjust it until you are satisfied with it.
Preparation
After confirmation, We will prepare materials according to your product requirements: material, weight, color, etc.
Coating
After preparing the materials for the products you need, we will apply a coating to the materials according to your requirements to make them waterproof and leak-proof.
Printing
Based on the confirmed product design draft, the coated material is printed. There are two printing methods: offset printing and flexo printing, and multi-color printing is possible.
Die-cutting
The printed material is placed on a cutting machine and precisely cut into fan-shaped pieces according to the product's size requirements.
Forming
The cut sector-shaped pieces are placed on advanced production equipment for processing into the desired product.
Inspection
Our professionals will inspect the entire product processing process, ensuring quality control at every step to guarantee that every product meets requirements and is effectively leak-proof.
Packaging
The tested products are packaged: first, they are put into plastic bags, and then into thickened cardboard boxes to ensure that the products are not squeezed or deformed during transportation.
Delivery
We will load and transport the products according to the container loading or shipping time specified by the customer and the transportation requirements, and deliver the products to the customer in good condition.
