How To Choose A Paper Cup?

Paper cups are widely used in our lives, and many manufacturers like to print the words or patterns they want when the paper cups are customized. In order to avoid the severity of color difference as much as possible, Hunan Paper-Plastic Packaging Factory will briefly talk to you about the matters to be paid attention to when printing paper cups:
1. Try not to make paper cups and use paper cups with full colors. The ink of the paper cup with a full color is too heavy, and the paper cup is produced and directly sealed and packaged. The organic compounds emitted by solvent inks during the drying process, the isopropanol in the alcohol wetting solution, and the volatile gases of the varnishing coating are all harmful to human health. In the sealed space, the background color of the full-version paper cup covers the entire cup body, and when we use the paper cup to drink water, the lips will touch the position of the cup mouth, which is easy to bring the above-mentioned chemicals into the body with the liquid and affect the body's health. Therefore, we generally suggest that customers should not design paper cups with full colors when designing and making them, and the smaller the color block, the better. Similarly, it is not advisable to design graphics near the rim of the cup, especially block color ink. Otherwise, it will have the same bad effect.
2. The bar near the bottom of the cup, the text design should be raised by 5mm. Because after the cup piece is put on the machine, the bottom of the cup should be pressed 5mm to ensure the firmness of the bottom of the cup. However, through the high temperature and pressure of the machine, it is easy to make the graphics and words close to the bottom of the cup smudge, which affects the appearance. Therefore, when designing and making graphics, the text bar pattern close to the bottom of the cup should be raised by about 5mm according to the height of the bottom of the cup.
3. Try to minimize the four-color superposition, if the CMYK four-color superposition, the stack is mostly black, the same as the registered color, try to superimpose the two primary colors, if you have to superimpose the four colors, the color requirements are relatively high, please proof. Coloring is a method of printing cups by the way.
4. Paper cups below 100,000 are imposition production, due to the consideration of the color of each picture on a plate, there will also be a little color difference, to minimize the color of the four-color synthesis printing will reduce the color difference.
5. The color displayed on the LCD computer, everyone finds that the color is different from all angles, so many customers think that the color they see should be printed like this, in fact, it is determined by different colors.
6. Now the people who use computers are LCD monitors, but if you go to the advertising company, the film company will know at a glance that they are all flat, why, the reason is that the LCD display is very different from the printing, there are many colors, the display is almost different, because the LCD uses RGB mode.
7. The paper used in the pla paper cup is a hemp surface, the same as the double offset paper, and the copperplate printing is relatively light, on the copperplate printing, there is a coating, which is used for reflection, so there are two color cards on the printing, one is the C side, the other is the U side, the C side is the smooth side, the U side is the hemp surface, and the color printed on the paper cup will become dull because it is a hemp surface, and there is no bright coated paper. So when you are designing, the design is brighter, so it will feel better.
